Pullups trying scapular retraction with 10kg.
Dips trying hollow body and slightly flared eblows to focus on chest with 10kg.
Pike pushups trying to keep toes pointed, ass over elbows without flaring them.
I just started with Tuck FL Rows, this was my first attemp after reaching the 3x30s isometric mark.
I still feel rather weak in this movements, like I lack control. If Im missing anything a helping hand would go a long way.
