Hi, I don’t know where to start with all this I’m new.

I want to start progressing in calisthenics, I go to the gym 5 times a week but want to progress to:

-holding the front lever for a long time
-front lever pull ups
-one arm pull ups

Idk what exercises to do and how many times a week, don’t want to overtrain and slow the progress.

Weighted pulls, dips, push-up progressions, rows, etc

I'd keep progressing your weighted pull-ups

You can start adding some FL progressions too but that shouldn't be your main focus rn, you need more strength
