Why is everything the same reps?
Because i like that rep range?
You don't understand. Saying that your workout is i.e. handstand push-ups 3x4 tells me little..what is the method of progression?.are you going to do 3x4 forever or add reps / weight,? If you are posting a routine, the method of progression should be there
Im going to increase reps and when i reach a great amount of reps i'm gonna do a harder exercise or add weight
Good. Workout looks fine but I don't see the need to have both handstand and pike pushup
