V Bar Pushdown (3x10)
Reverse Grip Pushdown (3x10)

Pull day:
Seated Row (3x10)
Lat Pull down (3x10)
Cable Pullover (3x10)
Face Pull (3x10)
Dumbbell Shrugs (3x10)
Dumbbell Preacher Curl (3x10)
Incline Dumbbell Curl (3x10)
Hammer Curl (3x10)

Leg day:
Decline Sit Up (3x10)
Hanging Leg Raise (3x10)
Barbell Squat (3x10)
Romanian Deadlift (3x10)
Leg Extension (3x10)
Lying Leg Curl (3x10)
Dumbbell Calve Raise (3x10)

Is this good or am I overtraining? I have 1 year experience working out btw, I just got to the gym.
