I am following the BWSF routine but I my disc popped out again (last time was 2 years ago) and now I don’t have much sensibility at ankle level and toe so I am trying to resume my workouts but avoiding some exercise like pike push ups because they cause me back pain.
So I tried this variation: is it a valid alternative to pike push ups?
Do you have any suggestion to perform them better?
I kept my knees bent to deload the lower back
