Summer Workout Routine
Everyday- run for 45 minutes

Monday- Bench 3x12 (no weight warmup), Ball Crunches 5xTill Failure (20 sec rest between), Squat 5x7 (no weight warmup

Tuesday- Ball Trunk Rotations (seated) 5xTill Failure (30 sec rest between)

Wednesday- Bench 3x12 (no weight warmup), Ball Pikes 5x20, Squat 5x7 (no weight warmup

Thursday- Plank 4x1 minute (20 sec rest)

Friday- Rest

P.S. i don’t really know what to tag this? i just want to know thoughts.

For context i’m just trying to build abs for next school year. I did some research and this is the routine i felt would be best for me. i also plan to adjust my diet along with this. i will be doing the this weekly for 2-3 months

Your stated goal is to build abs, no? So just focus on abs isolation for hypertrophy.
