Hi, i want suggestion and your opinion on my pull day:
Pull up with 10kg:
5 - 1 minute rest
5 - //
4 - //
4 - //
4 - //
Rest 2 minute and repeat then i remove the weight and do another 3round bodyweight

Tuck FL row
3x4

Biceps curl with two dumbell I have at home

2x a week, it’s enough volume ? What I can make to shorten the workout when I don’t have enough time ?
Edit:height 170cm weight: 63kg, Max pull up: 12

8 sets of pullups in a single workout is a lot and with little rest.
