#Adapting recommended routine

Hello,

I've been following the recommended routine 3x a week and moving up in progressions (mainly at the gym) for about a year now. 1/3 workouts I do basics with a weighted vest for variation and strength.

As a result of this I've been improving my muscle ups over the last 6months from 1-2 reps now 7-8.

If I do 3 sets of muscle ups in the recommended routine can this replace pull ups and dips as it is combining two exercises?

E.g.
Muscle ups 3x8
Weighted Squats 3x8
Planche pushups 3x8 / alt planche progression training
TRX rows 3x8 / alt front lever progression trainining
Deadlift 3x8
Core to end

muscle ups are tougher on the back than pullups and easier on the chest than dips

basically you'll progress slowly with dips
