do assisted bent arm planche with bands
first 2-3 weeks
high volume
4 sets of 8-15s
do PPPU as accessory
and work on your HSPU
after that slowly creep up intensity with lower holds
u can also do PPPU to bent arm planche
and gain some volume that way
