How do i optimise it
Don't workout the same muscle groups every day, you can do 3x a week full body, or do a split. Instead of doing 2 vertical pulls, do 1 vertical pull and 1 row. Add a hinge movement. Try to progress the pushups and squats.
By progress the pushups, do you mean add weight? Or do more?
Add weights or do a harder progression if possible
