Handstand Practice x15 min
Weighted pullups 3x8-12 (20lb)
PPPU 3x8-12
Horizontal Rows 3x12
Ring dips 3x8-12
Hanging Toes 2 Bar 3xMax

Im trying to build as much basic strength/muscle as possible to eventually reach the HSPU, front lever and planche. Are there other exercises I should focus on and/or Is this too much volume? Any feedback appreciated :)

I would try to get to 3+ workouts a week

Ring dips you should add weight to when you can

And I would say do pike pushups instead of PPPU

Planche is way harder than HSPU so I would say start training for the HSPU first, and pike pushups will better prepare you for that

Oh and more sets of pullups and dips would be good, those are essentials. And if you're only working them twice a week might as well pile a few more sets, I'd aim for 5
