why are you lifting off the safeties and not off the ground
Oh sorry that was a mess up in setup. I generally don’t do that.

I feel my but moves slightly before as I drive from my legs it pushes my but up slightly or something as shown in video. Not sure if that’s bad but I don’t think I see that in other videos.
