#fix my horizontal rows

i see i do not keep my head aligned with my bodyline. some weird tucking at the top of the rep.
can you move yourself up a little? your forearms should generally remain in line with the straps themselves
your head is also moving up and your hips are dropping a little, but i would focus on fixing/adjusting that forearm thing and seeing what happens
ah so like the straps and my arms are perpendicular to the ground at the bottom of the rep?
not “straps are perpendicular to the ground and my arms are coming off the rings at an angle”
well your arms should be aligned with the straps at all times. You dont even have to worry about either's relation to the ground
like your forearms and the straps should make a straight line at all parts of the movement
!row
you can notice in inverted rows how the forearm angle doesnt change at all
you're doing something more similar to curling the rings to your chest
its a small change, to be clear. But try it and see how it affects your form
alright. should have something in a few minutes
still at an angle so gotta just keep playing with that
try setting your feet closer to the rings
definitely looks more consistent in terms of the forearm specifically
but yeah itll just take practice once you know what to work on
closer? interesting. i moved the step ladder i’m elevating my feet on further to straighten my arms more.
lol ok. give me another few minutes.
you dont have to do all this today btw
welp my feet slid off the ladder step the first rep but i just went with it. i think i need a more stable thing to put my foot on.
this can just be a practice and experimentation thing
Thank you for the grace. I think I will stop here for now. I don’t want to aggravate my arm just when I got the ok to continue upper body stuff lol.
yeah just keep filming yourself and experimenting
you dont necessarily have to upload it, but its good for being able to check what you're doing
thanks. so it sounds like work on not changing forearm angle, not dropping hips, and not moving my head up in terms of form?
yeah, and like two of those things are solved with just staying tight and stable throughout the movement
alrighty. thanks as always!
Dude u got a nice ass
