Does anybody know the steps in using tedit to create hellevators a specific block width and using t edit to edit wood on the sides of the hellevators?

The selection tool and bucket fill could work. The other option is to make a small section manually with the pencil and brush, and platform tools, then use copy-paste to replicate it

Once you make a few, copy the larger section to make it faster to finish up.
