Add a buff to burst shooting mode

Few people use burst shooting mode. Adding any buff to burst shooting mode has other benefits than improving burst shooting usage.
The use rate can be improved by supplementing the weaknesses of weapons with low utilization rates with burst shooting buffs. Given that weapons will be added in the upcoming updates, I think the game will be more fun if we can add features to weapons and differentiate them from other weapons.

🤨 Because i'm not sure if burst firing mode is good for normal gameplay since i only use in for events to save me ammunitions.

SMG weapons are meant to be close range

there's also no way to change the damage of a weapon based on if it used full-auto, burst fire, or semi-auto
