I think we all know why. The discord squad advertisement has become very slow and quite inactive. Since squad creation has been moved to in-game, i think there should be a squad advertisement system in game as well. The user could be required to watch a certain amount of ads (since most of the games revenue is imported from ads) or a fee of 100 coins. The advertisements can be a sub-tab in the squad section in menu. Just a thought.

Nothing stops you as squad members from typing in the chat "hey we are recruiting"
welcome to advertisement
a squad menu thing would only be visible to squad members
so it's just an advertisement by the squad for the squad
and as mentioned elsewhere, that can open moderation nightmares as squads have their own private "board" so-to-speak
we don't need one squad collecting jokes about how the chicken crossed the road
but replace that with some horrendous things
