From Rocky on the matter when a veteran server was discovered:
The idea of a discussion in relation to veteran applications is completely counter to the spirit and purpose of the official veteran applicant process on the WB server. Voting for a veteran applicant is supposed to reflect YOUR personal interactions and observations, not a collective agreement of how you should vote. The voting process puts responsibility on the voters to ensure they carefully cast their votes, else they can be subject to server penalties along with any violating veteran members that they supported. I purposely did not allow discussion on the official WB server because it can lead to group think and disparagement.
