I have equippend the robber head but when viewing the result screen/leaderboard/emoting, the head does display as a default one.
I do not know how to repoduce it except equipping the head on my end. The bug occurs when using the Steam version as well as when using the Browser.

Known issue.
The bug is not on the head, but the Jester mask. No heads will show properly with it equipped.

Head doesn't display if Jester Cap equipped
It should show normal in the menu, just not in-game where it matters.
Shame because it means you can't run the full Jester outfit.
