Cosmetic Item bug

After playing ZDC, I opened a crate I won. I only saw an empty box. (see image)
When I went trough my items to check what I exactly have won, one of the items duplicate the thumbnail from the page before at that exact spot.
When I select the item, it applies the dark-blue/purple glowing eyes on my avatar. Seems like the official thumbnail does not work and it fills the spot with a thumbnail from the previous page on that exact spot. (see video, selected item)

Restarting the game did not solve the issue. I am a steam user.

thought I might just point out that dark blue and purple are different

those are the dark blue ones

the issue is known 👍

an additional thing for you
if you close the menu on the page and open the menu again directly on the page, then it will show as a white rectangle since it has no prior cosmetic to use

I know its the dark blue one. But at first they looked purple to me and I already reported it.😅

Haven't check that out yet. And I couldn't find this bug in reports yet so I didn't know it was already known. thank you.
