are startup commands are allowed for discord bot hosting?

I have a premium paid server but I didn't find any option for a startup command field, the example of what I'm talking about is shown in the screenshot.

I dont think tesseract is supported by basic discord bot hosting you should use a vps

I managed to do it but it requires a startup command option like the screenshot above

so was wondering if there's an option like that

not exactly. you would need to do a workaround. The pip install should already be handled, then you probably need to __import__() that setup py file, and add the rest using os.environ
