#Forge modded server running very slow

My server is a 12gb ram premium plan, running forge 1.20.1, 47.4.10. And after I had 6 people on, within a few minutes of the world starting, the server started to run very slow, I have a feeling its mostly due to YUNG's mods or origins, but I'm not sure.
If anyone knows what mods are causing the lag, or anything I could do to fix it, it would be greatly appreciated.

How do I do that? Is it just a feature of the console, or do I need to do/get something else?

I might need to try that, we were generating a bunch of chunks because I gave everyone creative to test if the mods were working properly.

it was when I had 6 people on, ill try this again if I can get more people on, when I did have that many people on I was getting a message saying the server was running 200-330 ticks behind

the other thing I'm mildly concerned about is the constant 6-12 GB of ram usage, but that may just be due to mods running int he background

I see a few mods that take a lot off the server like the aircraft mod.. I also have that mod and recently upped it to 25gb to propperly use it 🙂

https://spark.lucko.me/ta99tAMkPg This is 4 people after an hour or so of just playing survival, do you see any issues, or was it possibly because of just creative flight loading chunks. We didn't encounter really any lag during the hour, so I'm guessing my problem was just people abusing creative, and if it was just that, I apologize for the inconvenience

spark is a performance profiler for Minecraft clients, servers, and proxies.

I'm guessing the lag was due to a friend of mine probably abusing creative to much then.
