If one happens to have signed up for the billing panel via hotmail, and can no longer access my account or its ticket module, what would be the easiest way to regain access?
Support tickets and reset emails get sent to a black hole, and I can't register to make discord tickets on account of being unable to access my billing panel.

I personally use hotmail for my Pebble things, and have never had any issue whatsoever with emails not being sent
the best way would be to send a billing ticket, which you've already done it seems

The problem with a billing ticket is that everything sent to it gets voided due to outlook being annoying.
Doesn't even get sent to the junk folder, just gets flat out dropped,
I can try sending another ticket from a gmail.
I usually use the outlook/hotmail for mc stuffs though.
Could also specifically be hotmail's domain that is voiding it, but that would be exceptionally dumb handling on ms' part
