Dynmap Guide Outdated?

Hello! I am trying to follow the Dynmap guide but the guide config and the actual config are not the same at all. i thought they were similar enough that the guide would still work but I followed it and im not able to open any dynmap website
this first photo is the guide config and the second is the actual one

i put the port i created in for the port: XXXX, and both the IP and what it originally had for the hostname and nothing is working
