#Can't find "Custom JAR" option within Jar Manager

I am on a Budget plan 7GB running a 1.20.2 Jar for a 1.20.2 compatible "Star Wars" mod.

It requires the fabric API so I installed the Fabric JAR and manually installed the fabric files below

In order to set "fabric-server-launch" Jar as my Jar file, I need to upload a custom Jar but I can't find the option.

Yes I have tried renaming the "fabric-server-launch" file as "custom.jar" within the server root directory in File Manager but it still doesn't show up as Custom Jar in the Jar Manager.
