I am trying to have my server have both BMC4 modpack and plugins to work together, I have tried a few methods and yet i couldn't make yet, could anyone help me out?
I will pay irl money if anyone succeed

Using mods and plugins is generally not recommended, since you will run into compatibility issues.

Well, you can use a "hybrid" jar which supports both mods and plugins. This would be the easiest way to do so.

But again, there's a high chance you'll run into comparability issues using them.
