I can't really figure out how to install it. I have the API in my mods folder, I've installed Fabric onto the server. But yet when I open Minecraft, it doesn't say Fabric at the bottom and the mods don't work. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Actually, update: I tried something and now it does say Fabric at the bottom, but the mod I installed on Pebblehost still isn't working.

I installed a single mod of which I know to be immediately visibly working or not in Pebblehost's mods folder, not my own. I've only put the API there.
