Modded server with Plugins?

How do I add plugins to my moded server. I know there is a plugin tab to add plugins but whenever I add them and restart the server, they wont work?

Typically plugins don’t work with mods but you can sometimes use stuff like Magma and Cauldron for the .jar

I have never done it personally though so I don’t exactly know how to do it

just take it as plugins don't work with mods. hybrid servers are very buggy and i don't recommend using them at all

if the server gets high ping, do need more ram or another thread?
