add-on not working

There is an add-on called saber factions  and when I add it to the plug-ins area, it just stays as the file never turns into a folder to edit or to add

Nothing is showing up with the logs regarding the factions

Oh, at the end of the sentence that just means i used text to speech so at the end of it sometimes it shows up with that symbol

I added, I unadded, I restart the server. Nothing about it as far as I’m aware appears.

Well, if we can’t figure it out, I will try a different factions mod

you need to install vault

also ur worldguard isn't working you need to update it
