Do you get warnings on your console, how much ram do you have, and is it a budget server?

It is premium server, 10 gig ram and i have checked for errors, not any unusal errors

@rocky imp If you have optifine in your mods list, can you remove it and try rejoining the server without it, it's likely the issue as it's not compatible with other mods, you can use something like sodium

You don't need to, the modpack author may need to, just try installing optifine on your client it may fix the issue
