Disabling elytra

hello i made an smp on 1.20.1 and now i need to figure out how to disable elytra, i can't seem to find a working plugin/datapack, anyone know of one that works with 1.20.1?

Just make a quick plugin to check if an elytra goes into the players inventory, then remove it

All you need to do is listen for the player inventory add event, then check if the item is a elytra and then remove it
