#Anyone know how to reset all worlds except overworld on fabric?

Can't find anything so far, need to reset the world for the end and nether without affecting the overworld, using fabric 1.19.3

Fabric generates like vanilla

World > DIM1 / DIM-1

DIM1 = End
DIM-1= Nether

Can't just delete dim 1 as it breaks the dragon perch and the gateways
