#[Closed] server crash with no errors

Maybe it’s running out of memory
Can you send the entire console?
It's not running out of memory, the last 2 times this happened, there were at most only 2 people on with it being a 7gb server, there wasn't any lag or anything, it just died out of nowhere and that's the only thing it ever says, I can send more when it happens again but the log isn't there anymore due to refreshing the page
You can always get the log from the logs folder
But out of memory’s are wierd crashes yes. They are just boom dead
They don't contain pebble loader info
Those info are useless anyway
Ik but that's the only thing it does, other than that users are kicked for server stopping I'm pretty sure, one sec I'll look
Most recent log entries for the crash

You could look at the resource usage too to see if the ram was getting nigh
After that point it just dies and doesn't write
Could you check if you got a crash report?
No crash reports, already been looking, hence the title
The only explain of those errors are out of memory errors so take a look at your resources usage in the tools tab
Sure, memory probably going to be maxed, but that's allocated
@true geyser, you just advanced to level 1 !
Memory shouldn't be a issue though, currently it's heavily reduced from what it was before
Here you can see it kicks for server shutting down
You said this was a 8gb machine?
7
Well it’s spiking right before the crash to 8,5gb most likely it’s killing the server
Does those plans even exist?
Don't know why it's showing like that, on panel it shows less
I thought it was 6 then 8
Upgraded plan by 1gb
This is what the panel sends
It has spiked to similar levels before but didn't crash out like this
Resource usage looks like it's off somehow
This is not the moment now this is the moment in hours
your resource usage is showing about 9 hours now
Not on billing so this is the only way I can ask for help for now
Well upload the console log to mcpaste when it just crashed and send a screenshot of the ram and cpu usage
Sure
Forced a crash and it crashed in the same way
Appears something is attempting to load forge stuff

There's nothing I can find that would be loading forge entities
Memory at crash:
Looks like your server is indeed spiking up to memory out of nowhere and then crashing
What was you doing while the server crashed?
It was myself flying extremely fast, it isn't the memory though, the memory peaked and stayed at a level, then only crashed when the forge entities were loaded
The server used to run stable on 5gb of ram so it can't be memory I don't think
Usually anyway it's all allocated with about 70% actually in use
It can hold that memory usage for sure as I've seen it be maxed for weeks without moving down
Hmm i have no idea why its trying to load forge
I've checked configs and mods installed, all mods are for fabric if not at least compatible with fabric, and no entities should be loaded for forge I can't figure out why it's even trying either
It is because there is no crash log or anything, just something happens and 1 second later server is just dead without warning, doesn't close anything properly as can be seen on the discord bot that doesn't even get the signal that the server was stopped
You could ask staff maybe they can see something on the container going wrong
Tried lol, they keep sending me to do /ticket but I'm not on billing
Are you not the owner of the server?
Admin but not owner, @hard knot would be the owner
@true geyser, you just advanced to level 3 !
You could ask him to add you as /subuser
I should already be a subuser since I have console access right?
Subuser on discord so you can do /ticket
Ah right well they're not even awake, different time zones rip
Then wait a bit
@true geyser is now allowed to open tickets on your behalf
Update on this, tried recreating it locally, server does show forge stuff but it doesn't ever crash, even with only 4gb of ram
Then something might go wrong in the docker
Please open a ticket using /ticket
Idk if it's even going to let me link another account without unlinking the owner
Looks like I can only use the site
You just got added as a sub user
So just run /ticket now
