turn off your firewall or see if something is blocked on your wifi

ok well did you copy the entire ip

including the port

#

so you have dedicated ip

#

try using the ip

#

try putting the ip in mcsrvstat (dot) us and see if it works

#

if it does then it's your problem (possibely internet)

See if you can ping your server from your pc. (Open command prompt on your pc, type ping <server ip>)
