1.18.2 Forge Modded Minecraft Server FPS Increase - Help

Hi, my friends and I have a modded 1.18.2 Forge server. I was wondering what kind of mods I should install to save my FPS?
Or any plugins

short story you cannot. Long story you can break 90% mod compat and 90% plugin compact and use a hybird server that is a lose-lose for both purposes
