Server not letting me join

Ok so i just changed my server version to 1.19.3 paper and updated the files and stuff restarted and the server just stopped didnt restart so i stopped the server and then started it server started perfectly when i went to join it just instantly said Disconnected

Make sure you are on the same minecraft version as the server.
