tough -> depends on coding skill
vulnerable -> basically not, with enough rate limits on commands and stuff
grow up -> depends on how popular the bot is

Nothing bad can happen

#

You just waste money hosting it, and waste your time making it

#

Also unless you have a brand idea your bot ain't going to get anywhere

#

Every feature has like 100+ bots for it already

#

It is, if it's for you

#

I have like 7 bots

#

How is what? Most are personal ones

#

I only have 2 that is public

#

One is a food cooking game

#

The other one is like a reddit thing

#

I don't sell anything on the cooking game, I sell a premium subscription for the forums bot but that is mainly a server thing and it is a custom idea

#

That covers all the bots, however you need something very good

#

Also I got funding for the bots from other projects, so it depends on what you do

#

How much what costs, hosting the bots?

#

What do you mean?

#

If you include the making of the bots, 2 developers make them which costs around 3,000$ a month

#

I have my own servers for the website and stuff

#

You don't really need to pay for anything else when you are starting a small bot, just buy a hosting

#

Pebblehost offers great hosting and you can host multiple bots on it

#

Making bots aren't really hard, I don't have time to make them though that is why I have developers for them

#

Well then, while making the bot don't buy hosting

#

Just host it on your own computer to test it while making it

#

When it is all done and perfect, then buy hosting and start adveritsing it

#

You can earn income, but you need to make a bot that is worth paying for the features it offers

#

Pebblehost only costs a few pounds anyways

#

Also, you can't make income without spending something

#

I spent over 30,000$ to even start making anything 😂

#

Don't expect anything from minecraft 😂

#

That industry is dead to make anything

#

Hypixel will always be better than you, you need to make a cracked server and something very original or good

#

Such as RiseClient, which is a custom client with so many custom features

#

It's cracked, you can user any username you want, and they only play on one server

#

Focus on something bigger, instead of small projects

#

Gotta be creative

#

Not really, unless you are making something big

#

My server for example has 66,000 members

#

Which is like a reddit version of discord, using the forum system and a custom bot

Replit is a pretty good place to check out to see examples of the kind of bots that exist. You can test code there before you use a better host like pebblehost

i personnaly just made a discord bot for fun and then when rythm went down my server became relient on it, i don't make any money from it

#

i just self hosted on a pi (now another home server that's on 24/7 anyways)

tender briar
#

they host it in pi

#

raspberry pi

#

there are no true "Free hosting" and if there are then it depends

#

yes

vague sierra
#

The raspberry pi i was using used 3w peak thats not much electricity cost (also not the fastest for big bots though)

#

First option is to type node . In your ide

#

Or a .bat that opens the index.js

#

(Assuming the bot is javascript)

#

i meant yes you can
