reset a specific players plugin data

Is there a good way to wipe player data for all plugins on a preinstall modpack server? I tried deleting the player data stuff but that only reset my vanilla stuff. I saw a guide on the site about it but my server doesn't seem to have a plugins folder where player/userdata is stored
