So we have a pvp server, which usually should be around 30-40 gb of disk usage. Except its 508gb... Which indeed might be an issue. https://img.kaashout.tech/T0j7o.png https://img.kaashout.tech/gydcD.png
Any ideas why these worlds could be so large? top 2 have only been here for 2 days. Both are regular flat worlds. There's no chunky installed, so pregen is not the issue here.
As seen on this graph the disk usage has only been increasing the last 2 days https://img.kaashout.tech/PvPE3.png

You can check in your world folder which files are the biggest folders right?
Also what’s that last image tool?
Maybe something is making backups?
That's netdata
it's not backups
its the region folders of the worlds (thus indicating that its the worlds themselves)
You could open the world up in a program which shows the chunks maybe there are a lot of chunks generated somehow
my pc is not gonna like a 138gb world lmao
How does your pvp server generate arenas? If your world is that big, is it possible its just continuously generating more and more arenas?
If not take a look at the amount / size of the region files, baring in mind how big regions are (500x500 blocks) does the amount of them seem reasonable? Do you have any region files in there which are huge?
Who cares
Fun
its just a ton of single chunks loaded per region
guess I'll delete all those empty regions
Are you generating an arena or are they premade?
premade
