I solved this problem differently

#

Turned off the "zapret", restarted the PC, logged into the game, and turned on the "zapret"

#

Now everyone will be given a warn for the Russian language again

I'd be surprised if I get banned for the word "Zapret", which is used by many Russians - after all, it's a lock-bypass app.

I'm simple, I really don't remember how I solved it, but I had a similar problem. I didn't think it was any special problem)
