How do you remove workstation crafting requirements for dedicated server

I'm making a dedicated server for me and some friends, and I can't seem to figure out how to disable the workstation crafting requirements, I'm new to the whole dedicated server thing so any help is much appreciated

Enable_Workstation_Requirements to Enable_Workstation_Requirements False in the Config.txt file
