Hi, I'm bit new to server creation and seeking help in overall RP Server configuration.

If you have anhy tips how to correctly configure it lmk.
I decided to go with rocketmod with openmod. Hosting it all on Polish Node in my Hosting 8vC/8GB Ram/100GB Disk lmk if I'd need less or more for 100 player slots

I stumbled across one map is there a way to modify NPCs (withiout modifying map ) dialogs etc or I shall modify map itself?

No. Its not possible. Also, really no need for 100 players. Probably the most you will need is 24 or 48
