#How to make 3d set of clothes?

I am curious too, and saw the topic again today.
you need to rip the unturned 3d model and put it into any modelling app of your interest
export the UVs
and make your clothes in any painting app
or you take the already rigged player model from either the mesh replacement example file in the example assets unity project or from the extras folder in the game directory
I might be understanding the question and answers wrong, do correct me, I was thinking of 3D clothes = something like vests but on the shirt/pants slot.
Is it then impossible to add 3d mesh onto shirt/pants items then have it show up in game when worn?
3d mesh replacement uses the shirt slot. It basically replaces your character's model with a model of your choice
for example, this here. This goes into the shirt slot and replaces my character model with this custom model that has boots and knee pads and sleeves for the shirt
i still keep the vest separate but you can have everything be part of the mesh. no separate vest, helmet etc
example, this ghillie suit. It is a single piece mesh replacement that has the vest and helmet in it so you dont have to equip those separately
or this juggernaut santa
