My server is unable to download or update any mods that were updated or published after July 12th, 1:35 PM UTC, but it can still download mods from before July 10th, 8:08 PM UTC. (I confirmed this time window using Seversk.)
The error message is always: result: k_EResultFail.
Also, once a single mod in the queue fails to download or update due to this error, all subsequent mods fail as well.
However, when I roll back the mod version to one from before July 10th, it downloads just fine.
I’m not entirely sure, but I don’t think this is caused by a firewall issue.
I checked the recent messages on Discord, and it seems I’m not the only one having this issue. If anyone else is experiencing the same issue, or knows of a solution, please let me know.

Same thing here. Just made a new mod. cannot put it on a server

any mods updated after the 14th of July seem to be completely broken right now
