Every time I enter a server, after 5 or 15 minutes it kicks me out without giving me an error. I have already changed accounts, uninstalled the game and removed all the mods from the workshop and it still kicks me out without giving me any kind of error.

Are you sure that you didn't use any spoofers? If you ruined your HWID it might kick you without any errors.

If you used a spoofer to bybass a ban it is forbidden. Also I can't really help you to fix your HWID because a lot of people who had the same issue used a spoofer or did something wrong with HWID
I know that fully reinstalling windows can help you to restore your HWID
