Do you guys know what plugin or how to get the mega drop rates to increase?

It would be simpler to just tweak your server's difficulty settings instead. You can increase the min/max number of drops from mega zombies. For other types of zombies (e.g., normal zombie variants, boss zombies), you can also tweak the chance of loot dropping.
