#How to properly export a model to Unity?

I would like to know what export settings should be used. When I exported models to Unity and replaced the mesh of another model, it was always small and I had to configure everything manually and the textures did not appear

I mainly make buildings but for those it works best to just import the texture separately, and it only takes an extra 30sec
