Whenever I spawn a vehicle on server and restart it, vehicle just disappears

Maybe its not getting saved? Try manually doing /save

I'm not sure if that's it but vehicles considered underwater don't get saved I believe

you could test by raising it on some floaty bits and seeing if it gets saved after that

^^ Could be that but shouldnt the engine not work then? Like you cant drive the boat

Just checked and Boats dont get cleared unless their fuel is 0
