Provided little to no context, I need to know when this started happening, if doing a specific thing broke it, etc.
You are loading 12k assets, it is probably a memory issue, just check task manager when loading in.

Probably because you are loading too many mods.

Again, check task manager when loading in, I guarantee you your memory usage is going to be up there.

If you have 16 GB or below, then don't play on those content filled roleplay servers.

I can barely survive on most roleplay servers with 16 GB of RAM, so no.
