#Hash bug: Client and server disagree on asset

Over the past few months I have encountered an error connecting to servers with the Arid map.
I get the following error:
Client and server disagree on asset "Wooden Roof" configuration. (File: "PS_Roof_Wood" ID: 376e0f604ea042bdae7b4dcae3591382)
Usually this means the files are different versions in which case updating the client and server might fix it.
Alternatively the file may have been corrupted, locally modified, or modified on the server.
Client hash is 0C78F782586DF8550B5FB25D3D5F2A7F3185A000, whereas server hash is 9C7E68EE2B8B0B238DF0902B61A6924FA0AA53DB.
Client and server agree this asset is from Workshop File "Arid" (2683620106).

Other maps work fine.
Other players can connect without problems to the servers I'm trying to connect to.

I tried reinstalling the game/workshop files/checking integrity. Like other players with this problem, these actions do not help.
The problem is in the hash generation/verification itself.
