tried looking in error logs but found nothing, all layers and tags are set to debris, checked .dats and allat stuff but nothing seems to work

i can provide screenshoots but i dont really know what should i take screeshots of at this point

how are you triggering the effect? have you tried using any of the vanilla effects in that place and seeing if it works?

but the particles themselves dont show up

because the effect (at least the one on the picture) is missing the emission, you need to check it on and specify how many particles you want to emit, bursts is a convienient way to do it

likewise the children effects also need it
